As you move outside of your comfort zone, what was once the unknown and frightening becomes your new normal. Robin S. Sharma

Once I called keen about a problem I seemed to be having.****this is not a criticism on the keen system. They handle things well in c.s. positive trying to help)****  The c.s. person ( no longer here ) said,  “Well, our system works for the norm, so you may have some problems”  As I sat there wondering, what the norm is, is being normal good, was this a compliment, or ???? Most of  us do many things to try to have what we consider normal, balanced lives.  In the process we may lose some of our individualism, our uniqueness, our truths.  As well as a bit confused, as we are taught to try to strive for greatness, for achieving the gold, the prize, but then we are also encouraged just to “fit in”,  to ‘just don’t make waves”.  The end result  sometimes is we lose ourselves, our truths, our purpose.   Steps to balance:  1. Decide first who we are.  Decide our truths, our principles, our values, then even if it makes us different, stand by them 2.  Without pushing our ideas, be kind to others, stand to them only compromising with truth 3. Speak truth, gentleness and comfort to all.  4. Live out to move to dreams, living still with principle.  5. Dream, dream on Dream Big. Dream.
