For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind. Ralph Waldo Emerson
Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I actually put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse. Regina Brett
The Passion of today burns so hot within my heart, there is no way I know how to start, to change the anger, hurt and pain, I long for the cooling, cleansing rain that comes after hard storms and winds, and so I stop and think again, of love and hope, peace and you, and then I know just what to do. Oh we get angry. There isn’t a Human that lives at times, has the rage flame up so strongly, heatedly, we scare ourselves. We try hard to battle these feelings as in being angry, we feel we have lost our spirituality, we have lost love, we feel guilty, confused, and truthfully simply plain tired. Worn out as the fire has burned up our goodness. We are given steps to rid ourselves of the anger, but we feel if we do these steps, we are giving up our Stance, our place in the path of life. Yet if we refuse the steps, we are making the decision to hang on to anger. We like it. Anger does give us intense power but like a gas fire burns brightly hot but turns to dust quickly going out. The power is gone. Steps to rid anger: 1. Give to someone else until it hurts. Go ahead, give more than we have emotionally, physically. 2. Laugh at ourselves. Find one thing we see ridiculous in ourselves, and just simply laugh. The thoughts we have over i.e. everyone hating us. Is not true. ( for one I love you). Laugh at that idea and build confidence again, We are loved in this universe. 3. Give ourselves 1 kudo, 1 compliment each day. 4. Look at the person, the situation who drives us the craziest and find one good thing. Just one. 5. Sing happy songs. Dance. Energize physically. Go to driving range, hit balls something physical. Then dream Dream on, Dream Big, Dream
Animal totem: Cardinal: Bro Red Cardinal is a bird of winter. Against the clean white snow, his totem is monogamous, mating for life. He braves the cold, the harsh winds of the icy times, with brightness and cheery song. His totem reminds us that we are protected even during the harsher times while his medicine reminds us faithfulness to the dream, commitment is our key.
Lady Moon is waning Gibbous. She remains in Libra the scales going into her 4th quarter at 5:25 am est. the 3rd house of communications is in Libra as well. Garnet is a good stone, along with Bloodstone to repel anger, the negativity that comes with these feelings. Each feeling is our own, Decide what feelings we want to keep, feel all feelings for a minute, then send out to the universe the ones we no longer need.
