Here’s a little song I wrote You might want to sing it note for note Don’t worry, be happy in every life we have some trouble When you worry you make it double Don’t worry, be happy Ain’t got no place to lay your head Somebody came and took your bed Don’t worry, be happy The land lord say your rent is late He may have to litigate Don’t worry, be happy (LookAin’t got no cash, ain’t got no style Ain’t got no gal to make you smile But don’t worry, be happy ‘Cause when you worry your face will frown And that will bring everybody down So don’t worry, be happy Don’t worry, be happy now at me I’m happy) Now there, is this song I wrote I hope you learned it note for note Like good little children Don’t worry, be happy Listen to what I say In your life expect some trouble When you worry you make it double Don’t worry, be happy, be happy now – Bobby mcFerrin

Worry will make the negative rise, like the clouds in a darkened sky. Letting it fly up into the hands, of the gods who help us make our stands, we can feel peace and love, allowing hope to move dark clouds above. We have the power, we have the heart, to gain our dreams with new starts, every day. = deborahmills © 2016

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its strength. Corrie Ten Boom

Father Sol, the Sun, is shining today. As we look for a new song for tomorrow’s video, this song comes to mind. Often times, we worry. We fret. We even build situations in our minds far worse than each problem really is, and could be. When all is over, said and done, we find these issues were not the problems we thought as spirit had our back all along! What joy, what love, what a life we have when we hand it over to our gods, our faith, our hope. We can truly not worry, be happy.

Animal totems: Donkey: Bro Eeyore of the “winnie the pooh” (A.A. Milne 1926) was a consistent worrier. Yet this totem’s real message is one of stubbornness, of balance even on the rockiest terrain. His medicine reminds us to carry the heaviest burdens slowly, surely, as we move toward our dreams.

Lady Moon is waxing Crescent today as she enters Taurus the Bull, again reminding us to be stubborn, determined with our dreams. Mercury enters Libra, the scales, helping us with balanced communication. The first house of Self – in the Aries. Let the fires burn in our dreams.
