Happy 4th Independence day, A glorious time to open up the way to set our hearts and our minds to let everyone know that freedom rings and all lives matter and all lives show truths in selves and in the life as we move through all the strife is peace and love – deborahmills © 2020
Each person’s soul, energy and life is important to the universe and this moment of time. Our hearts, our spirit, our gifts and talents are important and we were designed to have importance. Physical appearances don’t really matter. In the spiritual world, there is no race, gender or creed. We matter. We are important and we are loved by the universe. The universe gives us the dreams Dream on Dream Big Dream
Animal totems: Goat: Lady Moon is in Capricorn whose symbol is the Goat. Goat is totem of Pan the god of Earth and music. Bro goat will eat anything he finds but he also is very balanced. He can travel rough mountain trails with out a stumble and while carrying huge bundles. His totem reminds us to soak up, learn, grow with everything we can learn while his medicine shares to remain balanced over the rough terrain of life.
Lady Moon enters Capricorn at 12:48 am after becoming the Full Buck Moon at 12:44 am. She is positive as this is when the male deer began dancing for to try to chose their mates, and start the blossoming of the major crops and starting toward moving toward harvest. Use this positive full moon tonight to draw whatever harvest of our dreams we need
Healthy Hippie Hints: Today is a day most of us will have bbqs and grillouts. The time may be with social distancing but still there will be food. Ribs, hamburgers, hotdogs, ice cream , cake, cherry pies, peach cobbler, water melon, potato salad, wow!! But this will be later in the day. Breakfast is important. A light breakfast is good to get fueled, My mother loved to make French Crepes: a lighter type of pancake but can be rolled and filled. For the 4th, use blueberries, blackberries, for the blue, strawberries, raspberries for the red and whipped crème or cream cheese fillings for the white. Walnuts or pecan for protein . if left over, can use as a dessert as well. Crepe recipe: 1 cup all- purpose flour, 2 eggs, ½ cup milk, ½ cup water, ¼ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons butter, melted, 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter, beat until smooth. 2 heat light oiled griddle or frying pan over med, high heat. Pour or spoon the batter onto the griddle, using about ¼ cup for each crepe . Tilt the pan with a circular motion to that the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly. 3. Cook crepe for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. As with pancake when the batter starts bubbling, make sure we turn it over. Loosen with the spatula, flip to cook the other side about 2 minutes. We need to stay right there with these while cooking as these are light, thin. 4. Fill with fruit sauces, or cream cheese, chocolate, whatever we chose, 5 Roll, can sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar, or pancake syrup.
I am here my usual hours today this morning until 1 pm and then again from 5:30. May the fairies dance around us all today. Love ya, Me,
