Sometimes the heart sees, what is invisible to the eye – H. Jackson Brown Jr.

Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success. Swami Sivananda

Crave for a thing, you will get it. Renounce the craving, the object will follow you by itself. Swami Sivananda

Law of Attraction, the Power of Positive thinking are theories we have all heard of most of our life.   At my mother’s worship service the other morning, I heard the speaker say the same exact words that I have believed all my life.   We, as humans, are not naturally positive.   Even as small children, we scream at the top of our lungs, to be fed, fearful that we will be forgotten in the midst of the day. The whole principle of thinking with a positive attitude is a constant discipline, a constant rerouting our heads to thinking about the possibilities, the answers to problems rather than focusing on the problem.   Spirit sends us mentors, advisors, to keep our heads strong, but in the end, we, ourselves, must rely on our own intelligence to know that just be cause we see it as a bear, it appears to be a bear, well, Deb, it is a bear. Yet realize that there are some theories that believe that the red PANDA is not a bear, but a raccoon instead! Yes, that is the truth. Look it up. So there are possibilities that even if it quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, it may not be a duck but a goose raised with the ducks.! Lol.   The spirit world gives us imagination for a reason.   There are many miracles, many possibilities, so many many new ideas new thoughts that can be done in this world. Yay!!   In the meantime, put our heart out there. That’s fearful I know.   Yet, put our heart into our dream, even the smallest details or steps that need to be done, crave for our dream, then we will get it regardless as this is the destiny.

Animal totems: Panda Bear: he is highly intelligent. This totem can think about his plans, plan out what he will do to get out of the toughest spots. The medicine of the Panda is that being resilient is the answer. Be ready for anything to happen, but expect the best. Panda’s diet is generally fruits, vegetarian, but he eats much bamboo, which is full of water. The totem can go long periods without eating if need be.
