Healthy Hippie hints: this is a good time to start making our Easter Eggs for April 12th Easter 2020. BUT if we boil them in a few days, they start to stink as well as we’ve wasted food and eggs. Eggs are the symbol of new beginnings and hope. i take the egg, take a sewer’s needle, and carefully put a small hole in each end of the egg. then blow the egg out, make breakfast scrambled eggs, or you can freeze them to make a cake or egg breads. or make a chess pie. then i run water over them until i see clear water running out of the bottom hole. Use hot water, vinegar, and food color dye to color if you don’t have the kit from the store. unless you drop them, as these are fragile unless you have some acrylic spray to harden them , these will last through the season without the smell or loss of food.
also this is a good time to start your own direct sales home business. i am a rep of Doterra oils, Asea products, and Moonzies, all of which have a rep program. If you are interested in any of these, let me know and i will share the info on how to join with you..
May the fairies dance around us all in glee and prosperity, and hope for the new beginnings.
we will find in good time, that its okay to take a rest, from worry and stress, that’s the best, and somewhere still within our minds, with hope and prayer, we will find that God is still there. – deborahmills (c) 2020
have a good Sunday. Play monopoly, or life, or scrabble one of those long long board games. Find a jigsaw puzzle high on the top shelf in the back of the closet. Start making our Easter/Ostara eggs early to remind ourselves we are about to have great new beginnings. sit meditate and know we will get through this.
Love is the only way we are going to get through rough times. And realzing that life can be a little slower it will be okay to be slower. Starting as well to understand that all we can do is fast, meditate, and pray to save the day or the times we are facing. Hope comes in meditation, seeing outside and box and continuing to dream. Dream on Dream Big, Dream
Animal totems: Donkey: in both Pooh and Shrek, Donkey was a key totem in the lives of the main character. In Pooh, Eoyore was often a real downer, while in Shrek, Donkey was highstrung, joking and talkative. The Donkey is the domesticated member of the horse family, Equidae. His totem has been used as a working animal, an animal of burden, for over 5000 years. His balance in rought terrains and places leads him to be a safe way to move on paths His totem reminds us balance is the key to life while his medicine shares that we can chose if we want to be Eoyore or Shrek’s donkey
Lady Moon is Waning gibbous toward the new Dark moon. She remains in Aries, reminding us we all have fire, power and energy in the love and relationships. Eggs are a symbol of new beginnings and fresh starts. Start making our Easter Eggs or Ostara eggs right now during our Shelter in Place time.
I am off this morning as usual. I will be starting about 5 pm central time today to make up for last night’s late start. I had not slept good the night before and fell asleep in the afternoon and didn’t wake up!!! EEK. I often sit up in front of a candle thinking of each person that I have learned to love which includes YOU. But today I am well rested. I have an oil painting that I’m working on for a commission but when I get that done I will start work. May the fairies dance around each of us today.Love ya,Me,
