Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. Buddha

In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. Lee Iacocca

There, we go again.  Letting him/her push our buttons so far, letting the hurt hit us like a knife stabbing us both in the back, in the heart.  If we didn’t have so much passion, so much caring in the situation, we wouldn’t hurt so much, get so angry, confused, disappointed that this person is not seeing our heart, our thoughts at all.  There are always 2 sides to every story.  People do change, becoming someone we don’t even know.  Sometimes these changes are for the good, sometimes we can become quite sad to see who our loved ones have become , are so different that we actually thought.  Everybody has different thoughts on how situations should be handled, everyone sees different ways.  We don’t trust because we have been taught by past situations not to trust.  Even our family, our friends tell us not to trust.  No one truly changes, no one really grows.  What is the answer for us may not be the answer for him/her, the way , the time that events, that situations, come about may not be our desires.  Who made us king, queen over someone elses’ path??  So we get angry, we cry, we yell , we get tired , we blame others, and the gods.  So frustrated that our side is not being seen, that we aren’t getting our way, so we get angry. We attack.  We sting, We become bee ready to let the venom loose.  Letting anger out is good.  Yet how we handle the anger is the thing. Anger channeled in the right way can be quite a high energy.  Letting anger eat us up, causes us regrets.  We say, we do things, then fall at the altar on our knees saying this isn’t the way we wanted to handle this.  This isn’t what we meant to happen. When did it get out of control?  So here we are, back to square 1.  Back to a new day, to be productive, to be positive, to be strong.

Animal totems:  My name Deborah in Hebrew means Bee.   Bee totem is very strong.  Sister Bee is a worker. She will work at all times, day, night, especially when she is passionate about things.   She can sting if needed, as all faith systems teach us to be soldiers, warriors with a sword if need be.   Her medicine teaches us when to wait, when to work, when to fight
