The days grow short, the whole world sighs, the days of sun and laughter went by, so fast, we long for sunny days to last. Yet in the middle of the night, when all is dark, the silence fills the space of light, and then we know, that we can go to our inner place, find our space to breathe, to be, to be relieved – deborahmills © 2018
Nothing makes my heart proud as for someone to say to me, your words, knowing I can reach out to you, to share helps comfort me. I often feel so privileged, so amazed, that the gods have allowed me this good work. When spirit sends me someone, I, of course, wish my magick wand would automatically cure the needs, heal the hearts and mend the fences we see. But yet, there are times when we wait, because there are lessons to be learned, roads to take, paths to see down before we travel, plans to make. When the spirit gives us the dream, in our heart, use the waiting time to prepare, ready for the time the dream comes true. And Dream, Dream on, Dream big, Dream
Animal totems: Whip poor will: Sister Whip poor Will calls out her mournful song in the dawn, and at dusk. In the South, we can hear her calling for her mate, as most times, she is sitting in the nest while he’s out getting food. She is a warning bird of the predators who stalk the woods to eat the tiny eggs of birds, reptiles. Her totem reminds us to love even as the new day begins and the dark starts to creep while her medicine shares the beauty of love, and partnership.
Lady Moon is waning Gibbous today. She remains in Gemini the Twins today reminding us in our love relationship to be singleminded. Trying to juggle 2-3-4 partners at a time, can divide the spirit. Today is Labor day. A day set aside to rest, play, balance, work and time off. So many of us rush about with our career goals, money plans, that we forget to stop and smell the roses.
I am off today as usual and will be a little late this evening. One of my oldest friends is being honored today in our county so I will be attending that before coming back to start calls. May the fairies dance around each of us today. love ya, Me, Cherokee Frankiecpone, Sugar Apache, Apollo,T
