Nobody likes me, everybody hates me,Guess I’ll go eat wormsLong, thin, slimy ones; Short, fat, juicy ones,Itsy, bitsy, fuzzy wuzzy worms Down goes the first one, down goes the second one, Oh how they wiggle and squirm. Up comes the first one, up comes the second one, Oh how they wiggle and squirm. I’ll cut their heads off suck their guts out and throw their skins away Surprising how us girls can eat worms three times a day That’s how we get our wiggles – writer: unknown
The football team lost again. Just plain tired, we just sat around, not motivated to do much after the pizza, chili dogs, chips, junk we ate during the game. Somewhere we could feel the energy of our team’s spirit wandering down this path, making us think of this old childhood song. We’ve all sung this song at some point in our childhood especially when in our room, packing our small wee bright red backpack to run away from the horrible monsters parents who wouldn’t let us stay up to watch the Flintstones that night! Even right now, today, all grown up, here we are, ready to toss in the towel, give up, walk away from everything, everyone, ready to just go eat us some worms. We wonder why we are even bothering. No one else seems to care. WE really do care, but everyone thinks we are crazy, we have lost our mind, we are criticized for everything we do, even though we know we are the only ones who are doing anything!!! AGhhh!!!! AND to boot, we are broke, tired every night, our love life down the toilet with no hope of anything good or new in sight. We wonder what is the use. Then we see the child on the street, holding tight to the hand of the adult he/she is with, watching with bright alert eyes everything, anything. Oh my gosh, our smart hateful words to the clerk was checked out, entered in like so much computer data into the minds, the souls, of everyone around us. We realize once again, we are not an entity to ourselves. we have purpose, we have responsibilites, we have reasons to continue with pride, with hope, with love even for ourselves to shine our light into the world. so give back the worms to Mother Earth, Lift our face to Father Sol the sun, to shine our light to the world.
animal totems: Earthworm – Bro Earthworm teaches us how to stretch ourselves, how to dig deep to find the energy we need. We can cut off a part of the end of earthworm, he rejuvenates to grow more, still continuing on his path. This ability to grow even after a break – a tear, teaches us that even with hurts, we can reshape our world around us, we can change the energy, the lives, the world around us.

Here’s a great holiday recipe that is so easy we can’t mess it up!
Angel Old South Biscuits:
2 cups self-rising White flour unbleached
1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream ( now this is the kind that comes like milk not redi-whip or cool whip but real whipping cream ) – this amount may need a little more or a little less depending on how fluffy you like your biscuits
that’s it. mix it up, pat it out, use cutters to cut out circles, light fluffy biscuits in an over at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes (again always know your oven , watch for brown tops to learn how quickly your oven works. Gas ovens cook faster at 350 than electric, and even then different brands are slightly different. Know your oven, become friends with it! Have a great week love ya, !!!
