The night dreams lingered far past the waking time, where we feel as if we are trapped between the two worlds. The spiritual dreams, visions, hopes we have are so clear, so palpable, and yet during our walking, waking days, our dreams seem so far out on the horizon we can’t see the reality. We wonder if we have lost our minds, our clarity as we believe in our heart the visions. So we turn to our seers, our wise ones. Each one, no matter how many we call, confirm to us the dreams are real, alive, right there around a corner. We balk, resist the belief in this as we just can’t “see” it. Truthfully we can’t even see the corner, the curve in the path! Frustration, irritation, even anger creeps in over the clear positive thoughts, until everything is in chaos. Yet in our deepest heart of hearts, in our very soul, inner being, we know. We know this is our path, our truth., living it toward happiness
Animal totems: Rooster: The caller of dawn. The announcer of the new day. Rooster can be a braggart, or a protector. His totem rules the roost with the announcement of the day to give heed for changes that will come. His totem can be quite fierce if provoked, but most often gentle. His medicine reminds us to wake each new day ready for changes!
