Tarot Readings and Palm Readings

The more often we see the things around us – even the beautiful and wonderful things – the more they become invisible to us. That is why we often take for granted the beauty of this world: the flowers, the trees, the birds, the clouds – even those we love. Because we see things so often, we see them less and less. Joseph B. Wirthlin

Often the magical elements in my books are standing in for elements of the real world, the small and magical-in-their-own-right sorts of things that we take for granted and no longer pay attention to, like the bonds of friendship that entwine our own lives with those of other people and places. Charles de Lint

It’s not a bad idea to occasionally spend a little time thinking about things you take for granted. Plain everyday things. Evan Davis

Father Sol, the Sun rises over the horizon as we are reminded we love the Old South in the summer.  Early morning dew still on the green bluegrass and rye mixed lawn while the morning glories, honeysuckles fill the air with a sweet aroma heady with scents to lull us into tranquility.  In the distance, I hear whip-poor=will, dove, robins singing out hello to the new day.  The suddenness of Bro Rooster crowing heralding out the joy  of the Morning reminds us, we sometimes take these beautiful little moments for granted.   Our lives are full of moment to moment miracles that we are so focused on the big dreams ( yes we should continue toward them ) we forget to love this miracle moment.  We have the power.  We are the power.   From within each moment is the new beginnings for today, then the next day, until boom we have our dream.

Animal totems:  Rooster  –  Bro Rooster crows out the heralding of the bright new day.  His totem reminds us we can start from now.  His medicine reminds us that we can crow, and believe that today is our day to win.

Lady Moon is Waning Crescent today.  She has an illumination of 48%.  The 4th house of self-esteem, values  is in Taurus the Bull.  Use our power with humility but determination.  Indigo the blue color of peace is used in rituals for binding, meditation , and wisdom.
