It is becoming clear that the old platitudes can no longer be maintained, and that if we wish to improve our morals we must first improve our knowledge. Havelock Ellis
Many will call me an adventurer, and that I am, only one of a different sort: one of those who risks his skin to prove his platitudes. Pawan Kalyan
Platitude: “ 1. The quality or state of being dull or insipid. 2. A banal, trite,or stale remark .” Many times when someone has been unable to come up with an answer for a problem, old platitudes come into play, “ God’s grace is sufficient.”, or “Good things come to those who wait.” “Time heals all wounds,” “ It is what it is” and last by not least, “ life doesn’t give us more than we can handle”. When we are in crisis mode, when we are in true pain, emotional, or physical, someone telling us one of these common platitudes, is annoying at best. The worst is expecting us to accept them, go on living in the pain. Spiritually there is plans, steps we can take to change the way our path has turned. The answer lies is step by step, following the plan to the letter “t”, not accepting platitudes of it is what it is, but listening carefully to the steps, even when the actions seem hard, crazy or impossible, but as least trying. Follow the path, listen to the elders, do the hard things, and believe. Dream on never giving up. Dream on, do not settle. Dream on Dream big Dream
Animal totems : Mouse: It twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.” –( clement clark moore,) – bro mouse is most often going. When his intuition picks up cheese or some other snack, he will run the maze, even when hitting the walls, or the roads blocks without stopping, just looking at the wall, turning another way to find the goal. His totem reminds us that we should keep running to the dream even when we hit the wall. His medicine shares that we will reach our goals no matter how hard.

Recipe: many of us have brunch for the holidays. A favorite of the Yuletide from the ancients is the Oven-Roasted Peppers – 2 8 oz packs of cream cheese, softened to room temperature, 2 Tablespoons cornstarch, 8 eggs, ½ tablespoon of fresh dill, 3 tablespoons of ranch dip mix, ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded, 30-40 small sweet peppers, tops cut off, seeds rinsed out in sink, and peppers set out to dry, 4-6 cups dried pinto beans for blind baking ( blind baking is bcaking blind (sometimes called pre-baking) is the process of baking a pie crust or other pastry without the filling. Blind baking a pie crust is necessary when it will be filled with an unbaked filling (such as with pudding or cream pies), in which case the crust must be fully baked.) compare filling ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth batter forms. Fill a 9 x3 inch loaf pan ¼ of the way with dry beans. Stand peppers upright each held by the dry beans until the pan is tightly packed; fill each pepper with custard, leaving room at the top for swelling. Place pepper caps back on,, and bake in 300 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Test peppers with toothpick to make sure custard is baked and firm.
